We were young, in love, and ready to explore the city of sin together. It was at the iconic Bellagio Hotel and Casino where we had our first taste of Lucky Casino Crepes.
The Bellagio was like a dazzling oasis in the desert, with its stunning fountains, luxurious accommodations, and world-class dining options. We felt like royalty as we strolled hand in hand through the opulent lobby, taking in the sights and sounds of the casino floor.
But it was at the café inside the Bellagio that we truly fell in love with Lucky Casino Crepes. The crepes themselves were delicate and flavorful, filled with a delicious combination of sweet and savory ingredients. They were the perfect indulgence for our romantic trip.
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, eggs, milk, water, and salt until smooth.
- Heat a small non-stick pan over medium heat. Brush the pan with some of the melted butter.
- Pour about 1/4 cup of the crepe batter into the pan, and use a spatula to spread it out into a thin circle. Cook the crepe for about 1-2 minutes, or until the bottom is lightly golden.
- Carefully flip the crepe and cook the other side for an additional 1-2 minutes. Repeat with the remaining batter, adding more butter to the pan as needed.
